When it comes to whitening your teeth, there is no “one size fits all” solution. Some people have more sensitive teeth, while others just want it done as quick as possible. We make sure that we listen to what your personal needs are and that you get the results you’re after.

Technology has definitely come a long way in teeth whitening! We have done the research to find the most popular and effective whitening products available on the market today.

We have researched and tested the most trusted brands and systems for you. Some brands are definitely more effective than others, and some brands have side effects and are not as effective as others.

How Much Does Teeth Whitening Cost?

Like a lot of dental procedures, it really does depend!!!

We always recommend speaking with our dental professionals to get the best information and advice before you whiten your teeth.

We can guide you to the best product that will suit your needs, budget and lifestyle.

Our teeth whitening prices start from $450.00.

How Does Teeth Whitening Work?

Lots of people hate the colour of their teeth and want to change the shade. People want whiter teeth for various reasons, including looking younger and more attractive. There are multiple ways to achieve this goal, but how does teeth whitening work?

Whitening toothpastes contain special ingredients that attempt to remove surface stains from the teeth.

Bleaching, on the other hand, actually changes the colour of the teeth by penetrating the enamel and altering it at a molecular level.

Teeth whitening is achieved through a variety of chemicals including hydrogen peroxide and carbamide hydroxide. Hydrogen peroxide is common in over-the-counter products while carbamide hydroxide is often used in professional bleaching treatments.

Some treatments include laser treatments, for example Zoom.

Professional treatments generally provide better results, these treatments almost always take place in a dentist’s practice.

Be sure to research properly and follow the instructions carefully to avoid damaging your teeth.

Damage to the enamel can lead to increased sensitivity and cavities.

We always recommend getting professional advice from your dentist (Come in and speak with Dr Mark Cull).

We are here to help you make the right choice so that you can achieve brighter, whiter teeth.

We have found that the combination of in chair treatments and home maintenance gets the best results.

How To Fix Stained and Discoloured Teeth?

Are you worried about stained and discoloured teeth? Maybe you are dreaming of a whiter and brighter smile? If so, don't worry! We can help you get your smile looking its best again.

Here are some tips on how to fix discolouration and stains on your teeth:

  • Avoid foods and drinks that can stain your teeth. This includes coffee, tea, red wine, and foods with dark colours like berries.

  • Practice good oral hygiene habits. This means brushing and flossing regularly, and using mouthwash to help remove any stubborn stains.

  • Talk to your dentist about professional whitening treatments. If you have deep-set stains, your dentist can help you choose the best treatment option for you.
