How it Works.
Invisalign® treatment uses a series of clear plastic removable orthodontic aligners to gently move your teeth in small increments. For the best results, Invisalign clear aligners are to be worn 20 to 22 hours a day. Each aligner is slightly different, you’ll wear a set of aligners for one to two weeks or as prescribed by your dentist, before moving on to the next set.

Can You Eat With Invisalign?
No, you have to remove the Invisalign aligners before eating.
Invisalign offers more freedom when it comes to your diet than traditional metal braces.
Unlike braces, you don't have to make any changes to what you eat. You simply have to make sure to remove your clear braces before eating. You can enjoy all your favourite foods without worrying about damaging the Invisalign aligners.
How Many Hours per Day Should I Wear My Aligners?
To achieve the best results with Invisalign, it is recommended that you wear them for 20 to 22 hours per day. You can remove them for eating, brushing, and flossing.
Following your doctor's instructions, you will switch to a new set of aligners every 1 to 2 weeks, wearing each set for 20 to 22 hours a day. Each set of aligners will gently shift your teeth according to your treatment plan, resulting in a beautiful new smile over time.
